101 Things To Say To Begin Meditating
Monday 4th December
Hello đź‘‹
I have a little gift for you today. I’ve been really working on my morning meditation this past few weeks and as a little gift, I wanted to give you this.
I put together 101 different meditation prompts, to help you on your own personal journey.
Here below, is exactly how to use them.
Step 1: Create Your Space
Find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted. It doesn't have to be an Instagram-worthy meditation corner—just a comfortable place where you can sit for a few minutes undisturbed.
Also, pick one of these mantras above, in the list provided, you’ll need this in a bit.
Step 2: Get Comfortable
Sit comfortably. You don't have to twist into a pretzel—just find a position where your body feels at ease, whether it's on a cushion, a chair, or your couch.
You can also lay down flat, or with your knees bent slightly. Some people also find it easier that way. Whatever suits you!
Step 3: Breathe and Focus
Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Inhale slowly, then exhale. Feel the air moving through your nostrils, your chest rising and falling.
If your mind wanders (and it will), gently guide it back to your breath.
Step 4: Repeat Your Mantra
Recite your mantra from the list above. On every exhale, repeat slowly, whichever mantra resonates with you best.
Smile as you say things too. And, hold that smile.
Step 5: End with Gratitude
When you finish, take a moment to be grateful—for the time you’ve given yourself, for your breath, for the moment of calm in your day.
Mastering your mind isn't a one-time deal; it's a lifelong journey.
You will find you crave constant realignment. And that’s ok.
Consistency is key. Just keep going at it.
Stay curious,
C
