Hope everyone is settling into the new year nicely! Hope you’re all going with the flow!
That’s the best way to do it!
It’s something that often gets overlooked – the flow.
When was the last time you, consistently, went with the flow?
Didn’t stress about the outcome…
Trusted the universe would have your back, and just rode that wave…
Cause we all do at some point. And then we just forget to stick at it.
Modern life sort of gets in the way.
It's not always easy, is it?
We all have that part of us that resists. The logical side (or the boring side as I call it), often tries to lock us in, on analytics, data and systems.
Flow is movement, it's growth, it's life in motion.
So how do we embrace it?
We start by acknowledging that the fear of flowing, of moving forward, is not the captain of our ship.
We recognize it as a part of us, yes, but not the whole.
We honor it, we listen to what it has to say, and then we gently remind it that stagnation is not where we thrive.
We thrive in the movement, in the exploration of the unknown, in the beautiful dance of change.
As we step into the week, let's set an intention to flow with life…
To accept change as an ally.
To trust the currents, even when we cannot see around the riverbend.
To let go of the need for control and instead, control how we respond to the flow of life.
Allowing yourself to flow doesn't mean you're without direction.
It means you're open to life's directions, to bring out new experiences.
