It’s a relatively simple one today. Pain brings pain.
Worry brings pain.
Anger brings pain.
Pain is the tug of war that happens when you don’t go with the flow of who you are.
You Don’t Have To Stay In Pain.
I know this is a hard pill to swallow. When I’m talking about pain here, I’m talking about emotional pain.
That stagnancy.
That turmoil.
Remember…
Thoughts → Belief Systems
Belief Systems → Habits
Habits → Behaviours
You Are In Control. You Always Have Been.
Every decision you ever make, you do it, because you believe you benefit from it.
Ask yourself this:
As I can do anything I want to do…
… what can I do now, that lessens this pain a little more…?
How can I shift my thinking right now?
What’s something that feels horrible to think about right now?
How do I change that?
You Are OK.
Something to remind yourself today.
You are OK.
You may not feel it. You might be sick with a cold. You may be in a deep argument with someone. You may have just lost your job.
You can’t control the world. But you can control how you feel about it.
Work on feeling good. It’s just a habit, you once forgot.
