My favourite quote, of all time.

This isn't just about hobbies or skills; it's about life.

Every day, with each action, thought, and habit, we are practising something.

Whether it's patience or procrastination, gratitude or grievance, love or loathing—we're getting better at it.

So here's the thing: Be very careful what you practice.

Ask yourself, "Does this serve me?”

“Does it lead me closer to the person I aspire to be?"

If it doesn't, why give it space in your life?

Thoughts = Belief Systems

Habits = Behaviors

Spend a few moments each week assessing what you've practised.

Is it positivity? Mindfulness? Criticism? Kindness?

View it unemotionally. Don’t hold a grudge.

You haven’t messed up.

You’ve just practised a skill, that’s not all that useful.

It’s all good. You just need to rewire a little.

Slowly, build something new. Learn a new skill that combats this ‘thing’ directly…

Negativity → Positivity

Doubt → Hope

Hatred → Love

Anxiety → Peace

Procrastination → Focus

Dread → Excitement

Laziness → Work-ethic

Everything has its mirror. Find the mirror. And walk into it.
